This week in Nursery…

we have been busy learning about farms in preparation for our class visit to Standalone  Farm today. We have enjoyed activities about animals, their young and the foods we get from farm animals.

We have counted legs, wings and sorted farm animals into those with feathers, fur or skin and explored different textures to support our learning. With the help of  our puppet friends we also learned how to sound talk the names of all the animals we saw today at the farm.

It was a wonderful day, the children were fantastic ambassadors for our

school and they even fed all the little lambs their lunchtime milk!

Enjiy a restful weekend.
