We were really lucky this week as Year Six organised a dodge ball tournament for us yesterday afternoon. Thank you Year Six – you led us excellently.
We have also been using the features of persuasion, including exaggerated descriptive language and rhetorical questions, while writing a script for a persuasive presentation for a holiday resort. I am really excited about seeing the end result Year Four! In Maths we have been learning about finding the difference and relating this to subtraction, using different mental methods. We have also learned more about the origins of the Anglo Saxons and created our own pottery designs based on Anglo Saxon archaeological finds. In RE we listened to the story of the first Passover, and discussed why this event was so important for the Israelites
